S23 ultra OneUI 6.1 lag and stuttering in OneUI home

As you all can see after the update to OneUI 6.1 there is lag and stuttering in main page of UI. When we swipe up from home there should be blur or some what black background(when blur removal is on) but here we see the main screen wallpaper very clearly which should not happen.

Kindly report this to samsung.

To attach the log file: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

I have send the error log and also reported it but problem is in OneUI home

Mine is stuttering a lot after 6.1. especially when unlocking or swiping up to home. 

Clean install, optimisation done, cache wiped etc.
