Galaxy SI recently updated my S23 Plus with the March update, and after that, the infamous screen line issue started appearing. It’s mild for now, but this time, I got a pink line. Earlier, I had an S20 Plus, which ended up with multiple green lines. Maybe it's past life karma coming back in the form of Samsung display issues.
I really thought Samsung would have fixed this for the S23 series. Anyway, I visited the service center, and they inspected my device. They confirmed there was no external damage and gave me a case sheet.
As expected, when I emailed Samsung customer care, they denied any responsibility.
I'm still sticking with Samsung because of my watch, but I seriously need to consider switching to OnePlus, which at least offers a free replacement, or moving to an LCD-display phone. Unfortunately, no flagship phones come with an LCD screen anymore.
People expect us to buy a ₹94K mobile and keep it in a fridge. Come on, if it can't withstand Indian temperatures, then don’t even release it here. This is purely a quality control issue—nothing else.

Galaxy SI would suggest you to take your device to the service center for inspection and insist that they create a job sheet. You’ll almost certainly be handed a repair quote. After that, giving reference to the job sheet number, escalate the case to Service Head or CEO Helpdesk team and request a review for a free replacement. If you are really lucky then you might just get a free replacement.
