Hey there fellow users. I'm using galaxy s23 base variant. I'd like to know from those users having the same device if you have updated your phones to one ui 7, how is it running? Are there any performance differences? Camera performance differences? Battery life issues? What are the pros n cons compared to one ui 6.1?
I haven't updated my phone yet and the notification for update keeps flashing every now n then. I am bit reluctant to update my device so i need opinions.
As a fellow s23 user, I suggest you to wait for one ui 8. The battery usage is high in one ui 7. I am getting barely 4to5 hrs of SOT in a total average 12hrs battery usage from full charge. "I am only using for web surfing, youtube and socialmedia". Also i have noted that front camera became grainy and downgraded. Back camera too downgraded with aggressive AI optimisations. In a nutshell, if you want to experience somewhat smoother animations and fluid UI, go ahead. Or else wait....
Samsung was desperate to launch s25 series and one ui 7 and with the added pressure from public demanding it's release. We got a half baked **bleep** update
