My samsung galaxy s23 only 1.5 years ..but i show yesterday night.my phone display was greel line ...70k phone only 1.5 years usage..disgusting. by samsung service seriously .#samsungindia

This is so unacceptable from a brand like ScAMSUNG
So many users are complaining about the battery and green/pink line issues but Samsung is doing nothing and they are too involved in OS updates as they've promised for 4 to 7 years of updates and forget other issues
It's like we will keep our promise we give you 7 years of OS updates but will not fix BUGS

All these issues are coming after updating to ONE UI 7

Maybe ScAMSUNG wants us to change our phones every 2-3 years

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Take it to service centre, I think they might solve the issue as its a Flagship device. Samsung might be having free replacement program for older phones

Yes they provide free replacement even out of warranty. I hope it should be less than 3 years.

Customer care told me . Do factory reset.

I am also facing the same issue. The service center told me to pay the amount for display replacement. I did not expect this from Samsung.
