Iam using S23 from past one year, it's working fine but I observed that from past 2 days at night it's getting froze at sudden for few seconds and is getting restarted again, any one facing similar issues???

Is it due to overheat or any hardware issues??

I faced similar issue today, 3 times, once it happened in the afternoon. And then now at night, it happened twice, back to back within 10 mins.
Idk if this is a hardware issue or overheating problem...

Don't extend the Ram as this will make the S23 lag while using apps as internal storage is used for extended ram.
