It is recommended to refrain from purchasing this product due to persistent issues with battery backup and overheating. Additionally, the service center has been unresponsive in addressing these concerns and does not offer an exchange policy within a reasonable timeframe for dissatisfied customers.

Sorry for the trouble you are facing

And as per your words your device have issues with battery backup & overheating it is maybe due to long usase of 5g or maybe there's some application or pup ( potentially unwanted programs) running in the background

And sadly these things can't be verified online

So please visit service centere again & ask them to re check your device

I did it but they couldnt answer as to why my battery is having drainage and doesnt last long
