Many time i have complaint about battery drain and some issues, 

Mostly says to report in members app and then go to feedback and report error , 

I have done this many time and every time customer service message me and tell me to change some settings or to rest your phone .

But nothing else happens, and from their side they think my problem is solved . 

I don't think that by doing this resolve y phone problems

after One Ui 7.0 its a common problem with all devices, please accept it as a solution

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
