When I use my 1x lens the preview turns completely black and can't see anything but ultrawide and 3x lens works fine but idk why this happens I even factory reseted the phone but still this happenes any solution guys????

Can you test your camera with Instagram app or the recently released Blackmagic camera app?

Please clear catche and clear data of this app and reset camera settings also reset all settings of your's device in general management settings then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
