I am recently observing a lot of battery drain in my s23, after the january security patch, I am barely getting an SOT of 2 hours and the battery overall lasts for only 9 hours ( 80 -20 %). Is there a way to optimize the battery? Please help.

Few things, I can suggest. You can decide based on your usage.
1. Set your refresh rate to 60Hz.
2. Use 4G in stead of 5G (Optional).
3. Disable "Nearby devide scan" option.
4. Set your performance profile to LITE.
