I have been using S23 Ultra for almost a year. And this phone, I don't know why, is draining a lot of battery. And also it heats up a lot. Samsung, I don't know why, is not fixing this. What is the reason behind this that Samsung is not able to optimize it? Despite being such a big company, they are not even listening to their customers. I want and I hope that Samsung finds a solution as soon as possible.

Why do you have an issue with your phone's heat? It's a machine. It has a gpu and a cpu. It will heat up. But if it's heating up for no reason then it's probably hardware issue or samsung background tracking of mic and usage pattern is to blame. Lately my S23 ultra has been consuming more than 18 percent battery overnight. I have changed the battery twice so battery is brand new

You are right that this is a machine. But it is such a machine which cannot manage heat at all. Because its software probably becomes so heavy for the phone that even in watching normal YouTube, Instagram videos, it gets quite hot. Those are mid-range smartphones, Whether they are of any brand, They don't get too hot even when running YouTube, Instagram or Facebook. I showed this thing at the service center too. He said that this problem normally occurs in these devices, They do get a little hot. Now, the thing is, the hotter this phone gets, due to which, the motherboard or display problems will definitely come. So my question was why Samsung is not able to manage the heat properly, so that the battery will drain less and the phone will also work well. The user will get a good experience. I think you must have understood now.
