Hi Everyone

I recently upgraded and got the S23 Ultra, before I had the S20 plus. The picture quality of the camera images is not good at all. The pictures are a bit blurry and not really clear/bright. I'm having to remaster the pictures everytime to make them look better, which is not what I expected with this phone. My S20 plus took way better pictures. I'm up to date with the updates. I've resetted the camera settings. Not sure what else I should? Is anyone else having the same problem with their S23 Ultra? Please help. 🙏🏽

Didn't you get the recent June security patch with about 2.2GB size update? That is a massive camera fix. But yes, the S23 does have blur issues. Disappointing cause otherwise it is such a great phone.

I use s20 fe and even I don't face those issues, try disabling the 200mp mode if that doesn't work go into settings app click apps then search for the camera app in there and clear it's data there after do the same for the gallery app if that doesn't work then idk

Very frustrating and disappointing :-(, especially when you look at the value of this phone. I was really expecting the best when I bought it.

I am extremely disappointed with the Galaxy S23 Ultra's camera performance. As someone who was previously an Apple fan, I made the switch to Samsung based on the strong recommendations I received regarding the superior quality of Galaxy cameras. Unfortunately, I am finding that this phone's camera does not live up to the expectations at all.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including calling Samsung support and having an agent remotely adjust settings on my device, I am still experiencing blurry photos in 90% of the shots I take. The only photos that seem acceptable are those taken outside in bright light with absolutely no movement in the frame.

I purchased this phone specifically to capture high-quality sporting photos and videos of my two sons' hockey and baseball games, but it has been a complete disappointment. It's clear that the camera functionality is inadequate for my needs, and at this point, I’m seriously considering getting rid of this phone as soon as possible. I cannot wait to return to the Apple platform, where I have always had much better experiences with camera quality. The worst part is Samsung and many other users are aware of this defect.
