Hi there, just recently got my s24 Ultra and when I am video calling the picture quality is VERY blurry. No sharpness at all. My s10 plus had more sharpness. Sometimes in low light I can even see what appears to look like a grainy effect on my black shirt.
Please can I get some clarity what this is. And if others experience this....Otherwise I'm worried there's something wrong with my device.
Note* I have recently tested Instagram Video call, and the picture is exception!! Sooo the apps could be to blame!! We need updates guys🤞
