I have base s23 base model i am facing camera freezing issue whenever I switch from portrait to photo mode and video mode also it's freeze for 3-4 second than it comes to photo mode

Did you manually tried to update the camera app by any chance or what is the current patch version on your S23?

I have just updated the security patch then this issue arrives
