S23 Ultra Keeps Switching to LTE Under Heavy Data Usage - Forced 5G Fails

I'm using an S23 Ultra, and I've noticed that whenever there's heavy data usage (like downloading large files via a hotspot), the phone automatically switches from 5G to LTE.

I tried forcing 5G using a 5G app, but when I do, the phone loses signal entirely, and the SIM gets disabled until I restart the device. This is frustrating because I rely on 5G for faster speeds, especially when tethering.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any solutions or settings I can tweak to fix this?

You are right, brother, this problem is happening in all Samsung phones now and I have contacted the Samsung team about this a few days ago and informed them but I did not get any solution. I thought it must be my Samsung Galaxy A34 model but I am facing the same problem in your S23 ultra too. I thought it was very useless. Samsung brand is very good but I have been using Samsung phones for the last 5 years and Samsung phones mainly have network issues which automatically switch from 5G to 4G LTE mode due to excessive network pressure

I must tell you. But brother, there may not be a solution for this, but there is a way. If you only want to use 5G mode, then there is an application in the play store called 4G LTE mode. After installing it, you can use it in NR mode only. Because in 5G mode, when we download something normally, it automatically switches to 4G LTE mode and all the data is used up, which is a lot of trouble Normal use for 5G mode on Samsung phone but this application very helpful and useful for constant 5G NRmode only
