I'm a smartphone showroom owner, and I've noticed that most of my customers have problems with their front glass cracking very easily. My S23 Ultra's glass cracked after dropping it from only four or five inches, which was shocking. My friends and relatives have the same problem—their glass cracks with slight pressure in their pockets or after dropping from a very low height.

Has anyone noticed or faced the same problem?

As a smartphone showroom owner, your observation is valuable and reflects what many users are facing silently. Even premium flagships like the S23 Ultra, which claim Gorilla Glass Victus 2 or similar strong protection, fail to survive minor drops or pocket pressure—this is deeply concerning. 📉

⚠️ We’ve seen several users reporting:

Glass cracking from as low as 4-6 inches

Cracks while phone is in pocket under normal pressure

Display damage even without visible impact (especially corners/edges)

This clearly points to either:

Structural weak points in the glass

Frame-glass integration flaws

Or Samsung cutting corners on quality control despite premium price tags

📢 Samsung must be more transparent about this and take accountability. If it's happening to so many people, it’s not accidental—it’s a pattern.
