S23 Ultra Camera zoom issue after One UI 6.1.1. Update

After update of 0ne ui 6.1.1. Whenever we zoom the lens from 15x to 20x with quality optimization at max the picture output looks very bad. Look at the attachment 

If we keep the quality optimization at medium the image is better than the earlier.

Auto lens switching in camera assistant app also not working.
