S23 ULTRA CAMERA DEGRADED IN ONE UI 6.1

In one ui 6.1 we face issues like fingerprint sensor lag , slow charging , aod is not good than before, mainly camera is degraded and samples look like low budget redmi phones. We request samsung to fix camera degradation in next update patch. 

This is the sample took on one ui 5.1 in s23 ultra image may be low quality than original cuz it was compressed by telegram app.

We request samsung to improve image & colour processing edge detection. In camera 

Well the sample was taken by downgrading s23 ultra to one ui 5.1 by an user who is not satisfied with one ui 6.1 

Since many users are facing the camera degradation issue please fix it asap. We discussed over multiple s23 ultra users and raised this community post.

Multiple s23 ultra users got disappointed with camera.since it performs like low budget redmi phone after one ui 6.1 update. Even im totally disappointed i use s23 ultra to clicks photos on outings.

I was geeting around 10-11 hrs sot but now m only getting around 6-7hrs with same usage pattern as before

Downgrading will void warantty as well as security of mobile is an question mark. Ask samsung to fix this in upcoming update as camera is performing like low end redmi phone. Punchy colours were gone in this update.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent update to the 6.1 UI on my Samsung device. Since the update, I have noticed a significant downgrade in the camera quality, which has greatly affected my overall user experience. Photos that were once crisp and vibrant now appear dull and lack detail, making it difficult to capture memorable moments with the same clarity as before.

Additionally, I have observed a noticeable decrease in the speed of battery charging since the update. The slow charging process has become inconvenient, especially during times when I rely on my device for extended periods without access to a power source.

As a loyal Samsung customer, I have always appreciated the company's commitment to delivering high-quality products and services. However, the recent changes with the 6.1 UI have left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.

I kindly request that Samsung address these issues promptly through a software update or any other means necessary to restore the previous camera quality and improve battery charging efficiency. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues. However, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding Camera and AOD.

Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e. please charge the device in switched-off condition for 10 minutes.

Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, etc.
Turn off unused functions like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and location settings when not using them: On the home screen swipe down the notification panel > Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.

Kindly check if ''Multiple applications'' are running in the background of the device.

When running multiple applications, the processor processes more tasks and as a result, additional heat is released from the device. This happens with most electronic devices (even computers/laptops), including the devices of other manufacturers. Close all the background running apps when not using them.

Avoid usage of mobile phones during charging. Usage of the mobile phone when charging may cause slow charging issues. So we recommend you avoid the usage of the mobile phone while charging.

Galaxy device Camera issue: Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.
