After the resend update phone wideline version dropped. Hope they fix soon.

Clear cache and data of Netflix app and sign in again.It will be solved

Then final solution you have to do factory reset.As these are the two way to bring L1 in netflix.And clearing cache and data don't work then you have to do factory reset.You have no left option to bring back L1 apart then factory reset

Just restart the device, it'll get back to L1 and stay for time, after a while it again goes back to L3, I also have this issue with my device

Nothing works.. Samsung update can only fix it.. facing same issue with S23FE
