S23 FE No Updates

I have had a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE for about 2 months now and have not received any updates ever since. The last security update I received was all the way back in September 2023! This is really frustrating as it is a new phone. I contacted Samsung and they say the updates release in batches but if that's the case, how have I not received any batch since September 2023. Does anyone know anything about this?
