S23 Camera Issues - strange bands in the sky, 3x lens

On my S23, I'm seeing a lot of distortions in the sky. There are obvious lines in photos whereas they're not present in reality. I'm attaching a couple of images for example. 

Also the telephoto lens is unable to focus properly especially if the subject is far. It's behaving strangely, I'm attaching screen recording. The image is fluctuating in 3x mode. 

I tried turning off HDR, scene optimization, resetting camera settings, clearing data and cache. The issue still persists. 

I'm on February 2024 update. 

Anyone else facing the same issue?

Can this be resolved in a software update or is it a hardware issue? 

(Note: I've recently bought this new S23 and have never dropped it. So it shouldn't be a damage related issue, I hope)

The image is getting distorted, and quality reduced randomly in normal camera mode at 3x.

That can explain the bands in the images, but what about the fluctuations in camera as shown in the screen recording?

Thanks for the reply, I tried multiple times after clearing cache and data and resetting camera settings. It's still the same.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Same is happening with my phone...it's hardware not software fault...I got my S23 just 10 days back

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data.
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Its updated and also done reset many times and also cleared cashe and done everything but camera and patche skin and wavering still persists
