The battery life on my phone S23 has gotten way worse after the 6.1 update, and it's even worse after the July patch. When is Samsung gonna fix this?🫥🫥

Please reset all setings , uninstall unwanted apps, free up some space , i also have s23 and have latest updates and battery life is also fine

My phone also giving only 4 hours SOT on normal usage without 120hz and without 5G

Same but mine gives like 6hrs only they claim 10 hrs with all these turned on

Phone's with 5500mah also giving 5hrs of SOT...so no complaints on s23 from my pov.

But they dont have snapdragon8 gen 2 made for galexy and aren't as optimized its a premium thing they promised for premium price

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue by the given links.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
