I recently bought s23 and been happy with it until I watched a 4k video on youtube. I always watch 4k 60fps videos on phone and also have a high speed broadband.
The video suddenly crashes after some minutes. It doesn't crash on any other resolutions. One diagnostics I've performed is that I disabled adaptive display (120Hz) and switched to standard 60Hz, the issue did not occur.
Any help regarding this is highly appreciated. Should I reach support and/or replace the phone?

Yes, I tried clearing cache/data, still didn't work for me. Do you also have S23? Can you try on normal youtube app once?

At times high speed broadbands have speed throttle issues. I'm a S22 user and my phone to struggles to run in 4g. But in 5g I don't have any issues of playing 4k 60fps videos. Even it smoothly plays 8k videos without crash.
