Select the Reply button when replying to someone or at least like the comment (there is a higher chance they don't get back to you) unless you don't want a response back. It's your choice.
Note: I don't know if you know whether to select Reply or not when replying to someone. Many people on this platform don't select the Reply button to reply back to someone, and when they (some of them) don't get an answer back, they get frustrated or angry. Hence, this comment.
Just to set your expectation, various international devices have different parts and features (including software ). That is the reason why you will not be receiving updates on your phone. You can take the device to an accredited service center for further assistance
