Change CSC to THL(Thailand). I changed mine and got the update immediately. After the update I changed it back to XFV (South Africa) for Samsung Wallet to function again.

After the update whilst on THL, you will also get the December security patch.

I assume you have a physical copy of the statement and you want to get that on your phone. My question is, since it is possible to have your bank email you your statement, why don't you do that instead of taking a photo of it?

Yeah. You can go to your banking app and generate a PDF version of your statement. Capitec allows you to share your statement directly from the app. I'm sure other banks have something similar.
