S22 ultra getting over heat

Pls share me any tip to prevent my s22 utlra from over heat 

The issue has started from today onwards and little big lag too

snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip is manufactured by samsung and you know samsung exynos chips overheat a lot..so that's why u r facing this issue and this issue cannot be fixed.

You can buy a cooler or make sure to use it in cold environment. My s22 plus is also getting hot since it's SD. I put it in fridger for 2 mins and then start using it again.

yeah buy a seperate A.C for your phone 😁i m doing the same.

I also put it in fridge, after 4-5 times there was moisture in camera lens so I never tried it again, now I put some ice on it

Did you update your device?

Yes and after update it share heating much more
