S22 ultra, Look like Samsung sending repacked device

I ordered S22 Ultra on 30th March 2022. The product despatched from Delhi and I received the product through Bluedart. 

The packaging was really poor. See below the box. 

Also 1st time I booting the device and tried to turn on Bluetooth to connect my Boult neckband. I really shocked and noticed a galaxy buds(336C) was already paired. How come it's possible.

And I've seen few unboxing videos where the youtuber removing a thin plastic film around the frame are. In my mobile there is no film.

Seems like Samsung repacking the used device and selling it.

For sure, it is a resale. There is no way a brand new phone would have a paired device out of the box.

EDIT: Is anyone around your place having such a bluetooth device? Check it out.

No and that too, it will get paired only when we accept that. Also in and around no one was there. I'm inside my living room.

Bluetooth and nearby scanning has a pretty long range these days. So it can detect devices of your neighbours too. But i agree that it can't pair without user authorisation.

Ab Toh Offline me Aaram Se Mil Jata He S22 Ultra. Kyo Online liya on 30 March? Samsung Smart Cafe Store me bhi Mil Jata He with Same Scheme.
Mene Offline liya 7'th February ko Phone mil gaya with 8000 discount, Smart watch scheme plus some Extra 4000 Rupees ke Points.
Kabhi bhi Expensive Product Online Mat Purchase karo.
Shayad Courier Transport me kisi ne Gadbad ki hogi. Samsung Company Aisa Nahi Karegi. Kaha se order kiya?

By looking at the box itself you should be getting two doubts. One there is no polythene wrapping around the box. Two are the void stickers intact or removed or already cut? If the answers are yes, you should have immediately complained and returned it instead of opening the box. If you have a video taken right from receiving from courier, you might have a chance of complaining to them.

There is no polythene around, but the sticker was not tampered. But when I opened the box the middle compartment not at all pasted and coming out with phone. Seems it's repacked
