S22 ultra Android 14 update

Hi I have purchased s22 ultra from Amazon on the 23rd Dec 2023, but my phone is still running on Android 13 and OneUi 5.1. No Android 14 update yet. Is this is normal thing? When i can get the update to the latest UI?

Don't get upset doe update cz performance and battery and camera quality for many s22ultra degraded after that. I am using s22 ultra and facing problems with camera and battery. So if it's 5.1 enjoy it
