Galaxy S
I purchased S22 one and a half years ago and also paid for an extended warranty. All of a sudden, there was a small dot on my screen where I reached customer care last Saturday. They have not accepted my warranty though I produced a bill copy. I have spoken to customer care for almost half a day to explain this issue, but they complicated the process by asking me to drop an email...after a long debate, they finally agreed to check. However, the customer care team stated they would open the screen to see by chance whether the water was there or not in the panel. If water is inside, then I have to bear 15k for screen replacement since they are not guaranteed and there is more chance the screen will break during assessment.
Not sure why they are advertising it's water resistant...absolutely waste of time discussing with them. Either have to file case in consumer court or go for different product. DONT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCT ANYMORE.
