My s22 is getting freeze and restarting on loop. It then started in safe mode still ui stops responding and asking for closing system process.
I am unable to use my phone and had to factory reset but problem still persists.
#samsung should look into this on priority as I am not the only one facing this issue.

Visited service centre as well, they reinstalled the software but still same issue persists.
They are investigating why this is happening.
Sad news is if they are not able to resolve this, then they will change motherboard which is very expensive. I don't know if that would be worth the price after 2 years of launch

#samsung care to explain?

Hi, thanks for asking! My Samsung S22 Plus suddenly shut down while in use and wouldn't turn on or charge. After 2 days, it briefly turned on for 2 minutes, started installing a UI update, and then shut down again. The service center claimed the motherboard failed due to a fan issue, but my phone was never physically damaged or opened for repairs, leading me to believe it's a software-related problem. Samsung's response was disappointing - 'out of warranty, chargeable repair' - despite my arguments. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? I'm fighting this and would appreciate any advice or support.
