I've using S22 ultra Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 variant in India from last 10 days and I've faced several Problems. Previously i was using Galaxy Z fold 3 and before that i owned S21 ultra. Here are the Problems i acknowledged so far:-
1. Slow charging .
2. Battery backup is not sufficient as compared to Z fold 3 which had lesser battery capacity 
3. Battery drains fast below 20%.
4. Camera doesn't focus properly in 3x zoom shots . ( pictures taken with 10x zoom are more clear and sharp ).
5. In dialer pad if i dial numbers to look for a number it takes so much time to display Contacts.
6. Vibration is Good in Haptics but very low when we receive calls.

Battery drains fast below 20%,i think this is the problem in most samsung phones😔.
In other brands this is reverse

From where did you get the unit? I mean is it Snapdragon varient?

Vibration motor is vertically placed this time which is the result of very less intensity. Battery, camera and overall phone will improve over time as and when the updates are released.

For fast charging make sure you are using 5 Amp cable. Battery will adapt itself based on usage.

I've tried changing Samsung Chargers. When is phone sitting idle it charges normally with 15w,25w & 45w adapter but when i use device while charging it slows down charging drastically.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

1. To increase the charging speed, turn the device or its screen off when you charge the battery. Please check if, Fast charging feature is activated. If the feature is not activated, launch the Settings app, tap Device care → Battery → Charging, and then tap the Fast charging switch to activate it. To use the fast charging feature, use a battery charger that supports Adaptive fast charging.

2. If the device heats up or the ambient air temperature rises, the charging speed may decrease automatically. This is a normal operating condition to prevent damage to the device. You can charge the battery more quickly while the device or its screen is turned off.

3. Check the USB cable is pushed tightly into the charger. It needs to be pushed all the way in. If not so, the fast charging features do not work and a very low capacity for charging will be supplied. Accordingly, the charging speed will decrease and the time to charge the battery fully will also take much longer.

4. If the issue has not been resolved then update the software in the device (if available). Menu>apps>settings>software update>install.
