S22 Ultra Pink Line Issue

Dear Samsung,
My S22 ultra got a pink line during normal usage after August software update. Within 5 days new green line appeared beside the pink line which has disappeared after 2 days. Service center is denying replacement as the device was a little more than 3 years old. On pursuing the support team, a Samsung representative called me and asked me to get a job sheet created. I have replied with the job sheet id on the email. It's been more than 5 days there is no response from the representative even after follow-up emails. Requesting you to resolve my issue asap.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Now, they will seek your invoice. Then, take some more time before saying the same thing. I had never expected Samsung to be a brand that runs away from its accountability. They gave me a runaround for about 3 weeks and finally denied me free replacement for my s22 ultra, citing overseas purchase.

Not yet. I have raised the issue with NCH and letting them deal with Samsung for now. There's no way I am going to pay Rs 24k to samsung for screen replacement. If i don't get a free replacement, this will be the last Samsung phone of my entire family.

Sure. I'll update the final outcome on my original post. I made some noise on X.com also, but both SamsungMobile and SamsungIndia handles are ignoring it as if I am an Apple user. You're a premuim king user and blah blah only until you do not run into any such issues. Then these so called global brands show their true colors.
