Galaxy SMy Samsung s22 ultra become dead in just 1.5 years. A couple of weeks ago, in morning the phone switched off automatically and continued in boot loop.
The care center told me that there is a motherboard issue and phone is out of warranty and you will be charged 40K for new motherboard. The Customer care told me that the company will give 25% of the part that is arround 40K.
I am shocked Samsung company is doing fraud with customers by selling defective products in the market.
How a 1 lakh price phone become dead in just 1.5 years. People making jokes of my buying, that a 10K price phone performing much better from last 5 years
