Hi , I am facing the attached problem in my S22 Ultra device since 15 September 2023. It happened suddenly and when checked online I can see numerous number of people have raised this exact issue related to the S22 Ultra Model. Did Samsung has recognized this as a issue in S22 Ultra Yet ? I bought the mobile last year July . I trusted Samsung but just after a year now I'm facing this issue. As this looks like a manufacturing defect in this model will I be compensated as per the Consumer protection act ,2019 ? Also I'm going to take this model tomorrow to service center for inspection. Will it help If I raise Grievance under National Consumer helpline Application?

If there is no physical damage then phone will be repaired free of cost at service centre.
Rest if they deny even when there is no scratch on your device u can raise complaint

Yes plx tell me if i have a lil damage on top corner of ma mobile screen...then what shall i do what it gonna be cost

I too have the same problem bright line display towards left side of selfie camera. Also, i have a small scratch on upper left corner (color chipping due to usage of a metal case). Will my case be considered for free replacement? Coz . When i went to service center folks - they said its a damage from my end and i have to pay full amount. :( ( phone is out of warranty)

Oh, Samsung is replacing the screen for the devices with no physical damages till 31st December 2023.
