Finally I got someone as unlucky as me. I too am having the same issue. Surprisingly this problem only exists when the phone is in powersaving mode. Hard resetting my phone didn't solve it. So, don't take the trouble of going through all that. Let's hope Samsung fixes it with a Software Update.
