Hey, so I've tried everything – factory reset, device care optimization, even customer support did a full diagnostic – nothing's fixed this issue. Samsung care center team spent two hours doing a manual software update today, but it's still lagging, the camera's **bleep**, the keyboard glitches, and it's just slow. I'm so disappointed! They didn't take it seriously at all. This premium Samsung phone is a total waste of money, and the battery life is awful.
