My phone is month old and now spund issues are erupting. While using bluetooth, all of a sudden sound fades away. Even by removing or disconnecting the bluetooth sound was not coming, not even though loudspeaker. Major bug. Not at all satisfied after spending such a huge amount, such type of bug is coming. Even such type of issue I have not faced in 4 years. Requesting the samsung team to resolve it asap.

Also using the same device.
No issue found though.
Try factory reset the device.
I think every thing would be fine.

Bro factory reset is the last option...but the thing is why this problem??
One thing i also want to say...in ear call volume so less...that you cannot hear properly ..you have to put in bluetooth to hear properly...this you might have felt...??

I haven't have that yet. I have been using a oneplus from last 4years and iphone from last 6,
I have just switched to samsung I previously used samsung before oneplus.
But never faced such issues in samsung. Though one of my work college is facing such with his m32. He is using a Bluetooth for that reason, only.

** You can do one thing!! You can clean the ear speaker with brush!!! Then check. If it still persist you can take it to a customer care outlet.

FYI**
why I have mentioned 2 companies,
I have faced such issues in those two.
But after cleaning it those were resolved.
That's why I have mentioned iphone and oneplus.
