Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.
● The clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > Now pick the app you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.
● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
● Kindly try to pair the buds after performing the above given steps.
Note: Bluetooth must be enabled on your Galaxy smartphone.
Step1: Place earbuds in the case and close the lid.
Step2: Open the case to enter into pairing mode.
Step3: Tap ‘Connect’ and follow the on screen prompts.
Step4: Go to ‘Galaxy Wearable’ app on your mobile device then tap ‘Start’.
Step5: Enable your device location services to find, connect to your device and determine the relative position of nearby devices. Select location permissions.
Step6: Select your Galaxy earbuds.
Step7: Tap ‘Pair’
Step8: Tap ‘Continue’ to agree to the ‘Samsung End User Licence Agreement’.
Step9: Grant app permissions. You’re all set to use your Galaxy Buds2 pro.
Also, On Galaxy devices, the immersive audio effect is provided through Dolby Atmos for speaker, earphone, and BT (excluding Galaxy Buds) outputs. For Galaxy Buds products, a specialized immersive audio effect called ‘360 audio’ is offered using the Dolby Atmos effect. The system has been updated so that when Galaxy Buds are connected to a Galaxy device, the 360 audio effect is supported instead of Dolby Atmos.
If you want to experience the immersive audio effect with your Galaxy Buds device, please activate the ‘360 audio’ feature (‘Head tracking’ option can be turned off separately) in the settings or through the Wearable app.
● To activate 360 audio option on the device: Settings or Wearable app > Sounds and vibration > Sound quality and effects > turn on ‘360 audio’. For 360 audio non-supported Galaxy Buds models, you can use the Dolby Atmos feature by enabling it through the following steps:
● To activate Dolby Atmos option on the device: 1. Open the Quick Panel > tap ‘Add a control’ > select ‘Sound and vibration’ > add ‘Dolby Atmos’ > turn on/off.
2. Settings > tap the ‘Search’ icon > enter ‘Dolby’ in the search bar > select ‘Dolby Atmos’ under the ‘Sound and vibration’ menu > turn on/off.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application(Wearable app>Three dots>Settings>Contact Us> Send feedback>Choose Composer> Select error report > Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
