Galaxy SAll the troubleshooting done and given to service center also. But still network didn't improve. Hope you understood the basic issue with the attached picture. The small with better network speed is Oneplus Nord. Both connected to same (JIO) service provider. Seems to be S21 Ultra network chipset is not a good one. There is huge gap of 20 Mbps download speed and 14 Mbps of upload speed.

Galaxy SSame issue here do you lose internet completely and only upload sign is shown. Airplane mode on off solves it temporarily. Iam also facing this
