Hi All,
I am facing slow internet speed on S21 Ultra for cellular and Wi-Fi. Signal reception is not good when compared with oneplus nord as well as old Samsung pbones. What might be the issue? Is it a manufacturing problem? Is it hardware? At the same location oneplus nord is outperforms S21 ultra in both cellular and Wi-Fi. I hope Samsung didn't focus on this issue from ages. Customer care troubleshooting already done. 1) Safe mode 2) Factory data reset etc.
Is there any fix for it? Please suggest.

Dear Samsung Support,

All the troubleshooting done and given to service center also. But still network didn't improve. Hope you understood the basic issue with the attached picture. The small with better network speed is Oneplus Nord. Both connected to same (JIO) service provider. Seems to be S21 Ultra network chipset is not a good one. There is huge gap of 20 Mbps download speed and 14 Mbps of upload speed.20210714_221454_87.jpg

I think Samsung BOT is replying the answer in Samsung members. We are scribbling entire story and attaching pictures and log file. At the end Samsung has only two replies 1) Error report within 15mins.
2) Reach nearest service center.

Same issue here do you lose internet completely and only upload sign is shown. Airplane mode on off solves it temporarily. Iam also facing this
