I have been using s21fe from last 2 years but recently after July 2024 Update my battery backup decreased drastically, and now I have to charge my phone for 2-3 times a day. Even I am not a heavy user still this battery doesn't last long, Please samsung look into this problem & provide a stable update for this battery issue. From last 2-3months I have stopped using 120hz refresh rate still not getting enough backup, also idle battery drain is almost 50-60% when mobile data, wifi, bluetooth is turned off during night.
And 1 more point that I have done a factory reset my s21fe 10 days ago.
still problem was not solved
Please Samsung solve this issue as soon as possible🙏

Samsung did to every mobiles which is getting around 3 years or more so people buy new mobiles. If you think your battery health is week for using about 2 to 3 years but when you replace this battery can't get any major battery backup. It's software update that keeps more drain in battery backup and feel lagy in animation. I don't understand if company can't provide stable version after 2 3 years then why they make promise to 7 os update. If your device can't keep going after 3 years. You have to buy new mobile if you want to get fast ui experience and more battery backup. There is no point to keep mobile using 5 to 7 years It's feel very slow compare to newly launch 10k mobile. So purchase mobile according to use 3 to 4 years only, after that you need new mobile for better experience.

I have my iphone12, 2 lens vala, which is almost 3½ years old but that phone's battery backup is still way better than the s21fe, iphone12 battery is only 2900mah but that phone's battery only drops 5-6% in night, but s21fe battery drops almost 40-50% in idle condition during night time, and s21fe battery is 4500mah 😂, Now I am sure that I will never buy samsung device in future.
It's better to purchase chinese phone they give better battery backup than the Samsung's. Or if I have the budget then surely I will purchase iPhone, their optimisation is way ahead in terms of software and Battery backup.

It's s21 fe processor and optimization problem. When It's launch all we know that compare with other device it's battery backup is week. Other mobile with less mah battery gets more battery backup. But main problem is that after 2 3 years battery backup is going down crazy that you can't keep your device for your ideal work

Yes I was knowing this fact that it's screen on time is low as compared to other phones but I am not that heavy user my main priority was good performance, decent camera & full day battery in light usage, & starting 1½ years I was really happy with this device overall, but suddenly from last 6 month after one ui6 & 6.1 update things have gone out of hands in terms of battery backup now I am at that stage that I literally want throw this phone. I am really frustrated now.😠
