S21FE unable to get 5g working

Today i received an invite to Jio True 5g. I am unable to join the 5g network on my S21FE despite of having a 5g smartphone.

Look at the screenshot, not sure what's the issue

You will receive a text message from jio regarding welcome offer only then you can use 5g in your phone.

No coz my other family member using A335g is on Jio 5g at the same location as me, so yes we do have 1 jio 5g user in the house

I don't know about Jio, but airtel works automatically. My mobile is S22 ultra

Yes airtel works automatically..My phone is S22 plus..But jio there is a process it needs to get a message from jio for welcome offer..

Hey I am also facing the same issue, do you know how to fix it? I tried restarting the device also
