There is some problem with OneUI, I don't know why people are not asking anything about this on any forum. I have S21FE and eariler had M51, whenever I am on WhatsApp call (audio/video) the video playback stops in background. 
I am unable to stream on any browers, the Hotstar, prime video and other apps also stops working during the WhatsApp call. Although all things work on insta and telegram calls but it seems only WhatsApp has a problem. 
Please..please rectify this issue as soon as possible, it's very irritating.

Please go to playback settings and chech video quality, play back speed, etc as comfortable with your extended RAM, if that is not solved you have to increase your extended RAM from settings

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Tap on Settings> Tap on Apps > Now pick the app > Tap on Storage> Tap on Clear Cache.

Reinstall the App
Step 1. To uninstall Apps on Android devices, go to Settings > Apps.
Step 2. Select an issued app > tap on Uninstall.
Step 3. Go to the Google Play Store and reinstall the App again.

In case the issue still occurs. kindly register your concern in the Samsung Members app
Path:Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

I have done all the steps already and shared the necessary details like Screen recording, screen shots and logs details. But your so called technical team came to me with update that - " your shared logs are not sufficient and we couldn't find any issue with that" 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. I literally shared the screen recording while i was on call and facing the issue but still they come up scripted message.
