Samsung s21+ very poor camera resolution when Zooming in. Also poor image quality on video calling apps in comparison to Iphone. Its disappointing. How can one return your phone?

Hi RakelCM

Reset your camera settings: Open camera app>> Settings>> reset settings.

Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

You need to remember that zooming in needs a steady hand to get best quality images.

I have done a reset and it's still not great resolution. I'm not talking about 30x even just at 10x zoom.

Tip: use Google Duo for video calls, it's as clear as FaceTime.

When taking videos or pictures for Whatsapp or Instagram, use the native camera app. This let's you upload higher quality images compared to using the in-app camera.

When zooming try to keep your hands as still as possible for good results and always remember to clean your camera lenses before trying to take pictures
