S21 ultra stuttering

Hi All, 

I'm facing stuttering issues on my s21 ultra after January security patch update. Sometimes phone goes down to something like 30 fps even though 120hz refresh rate is selected under display settings. This happens mostly when I unlock phone using fingerprint icon from always on display. If I go to lock screen and unlock using fingerprint icon present there, phone behaves normally most of the time. However, I have noticed same issue few times after unlocking from lock screen as well. Apart from this issue, I could see some stuttering here and there throughout UI. Phone is not as smooth as before. 

Please kindly look into this issue. Hope this issue will get resolved by next update.

If the adaptive refresh rate is selected then yes refresh rate will vary between 1 and 120 depending on the task being performed

I am very well aware of that s21 ultra has variable refresh rate. I'm using fps meter to display refresh rate on the screen. It's very annoying to use phone at 30 fps. Everything is super slow. This issue happens mostly when I unlock from AOD and that too like 3/10 times. Rest of the times, phone behaves as intended.

Then waiting for the next software update to fix bugs is the only option

Also, there are bugs in One UI 4.0 that will be fixed in future software updates

You can enable the option "Show refresh rate" from the Developer option and check exactly when performing any operation what is the refresh rate you are getting

Not only me. Many people have reported similar issues. Even those who are owning s21 fe has the same issue. I already resetted my device thrice but issue still persists.

Same issue I am facing on my tab S7 plus. Sometimes UI is stuttering.

Instal nova launcher, one ui home is pathetic
