S21 ultra 5g. Mobile data disconnects automatically after several minutes of data use. Need to atleast reset the APN, reset network mode or airplane mode off-on, to get the data service again. Tried in safe mode too. Swapped sim cards. Resets network settings. Etc.. Did everything I know. Nothing works. Seems kinda hardware problem. Did any one experiencing this?

I have same problem in S21 Ultra, I bought new sim also and even did factory reset. The problem is still there. The mobile data works well but I Don't know why it disconnects in between. I dont know what the issue is, some says its because of Jio. For me toggling Flight mode works.

Ok. But same jio sim put in another mobile works without any problem.

Also I hadn't face any issue before 1 month. I mailed samsung. They told me some self repair. But none works. They recommended me to visit service center.

Use jio sim only. Problem will go.

Bsnl Sim is my number linked with every account, cant use without that. So is that BSNL sim which is causing problem?

May be. Porting it to jio will solve the issue. Weird! But no other way..
