I have been facing a green vertical line on my samsung S21 ultra's display recently . 

On 12 August 2023 at 10:20 pm after a software update a green vertical line suddenly appeared on the center of my display , there is no water or physical damage .
 I purchased this phone on 03 December 2021 and I am a premium user of samsung , I suggest other to buy samsung phones but after this issue how someone trust on your service. 


 It is my humble request to the samsung service to please look into this problem and provide a viable solution or give me a free display replacement

Please tweet to @samsungindia on your issue. I did that for my other s20 plus and came to know that for all the premium phones samsung will give 1 time battery and screen replacement even if it's out of warranty for these kind of issues. I just tried my luck and it worked out. So rather than sending msgs here, try using twitter.

Yesterday I tweeted @samsungindia as you suggest ,they replied me that there team will assist me further but nothing happened till now. how long it will take as my phones condition is getting even worse than before what should I do .

Did they asked you to DM your contact number? I received 2 calls within a week with an email confirmation stating to visit the service center. So wait for sometime. Or you can try giving a shot visiting the service center with your phone. My service center personnel said that samsung is executing the program of 1 time replacing screen and battery for flagships even your warranty expires. So try that. Book a slot for appointment and try. It will be faster. Don't wait for the reply. Take backup and go, since it will take atleast 7 working days to get the handset back. They would check the batch the phone got manufactured, any other sratches or dents etc. So be prepared for using a secondary phone.

Hello,
I visited my nearest service center they checked my phone and confirmed that there is no physical damage but they are denying for free display replacement. This is so disappointing in such a situation how people will trust on your service, why to buy samsung phones when they can't provide a viable solution for the problems and queries of there customers.
Please it is a humble request to ensure a free display replacement.
