Mobile network very slow or sometime dead on my s21 fe. But i checked my friends m01 its working fine with him. I wonder how a 10k phone getting signal much better than a premium phone despite being from same brand. I eventually checked the signal status of both the phone s21fe shows above -110dbm and the m01 showed -96dbm. Inside the city mine was normal. It's frustrating me!!! Is there anything i can do to resolve this??

Yeah the s21fe have signal reception issues. I also faced this problem 🥺. The realme phones getting good signal reception better than this s21fe. I am regretting for buying this dumb phone

I bought this phone when launched at 52k. I'm literally crying inside😓..should have stayed with 15k budget phones..

Kindly restart your smartphone once and also re-insert your SIM card.
Check device network in an open area: Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.
Note: We recommend setting device network mode as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Kindly do check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card on the same phone to verify the issue.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
