Galaxy SMine is 18gb left space only, so not because of storage.

We at Samsung understand the severity of the issue and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same. Would request you to kindly perform some basic steps which should resolve the issue.
1. Clear camera application data using the steps:
Settings >> Apps >> Camera >> Storage >> Clear Data
2. Check for Software Update using the steps:
Settings >> Software update >> Download and install>>Check for software
update >> If Software update available>>Download>>Downloading
updates>>Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
3. Please reset all device settings using the steps"
Apps>settings> general management>reset all settings
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
