I just use this phone around 1 week, and the power button already feeling loose compare to volume button. This is should be the premium phone! Since I bought it from Samsung.com, so where should I go and fix it?

Hi,

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have the issue resolved.

You can find the nearest Samsung Service Center to you online, or you can call the call center and ask for a location near you.

Samsung is now a days a big cheater in the customer care field and in the quality of their premium flagships also. In december last year i bought fold 2 and during charging the device outer display bulged out ,the servicecenter kept my phone 2 months and then after months charged 10000 from me and then in january i purchased s21 ultra and a few days back the volume button came out of the device by its own ,eventhough my device is in warranty they are saying it wouldnt come under warranty.. shame to the service center dept. And to the samsung too
