S21 Ultra - Weird noise while closing camera app

Can you guys please check if this is the same on your devices as well or not. 

Go to a silent room 

Open the camera

Now pay close attention while closing the camera app, do you get any weird sound ?

I am getting this sound and I'm confused if this is normal. Please check and reply here. 

Sound in the attached video is loud because of the amplification by microphone I guess, it's not so loud in real life but surely noticeable.

Thats the lens releasing.
when you open the camera app it arms, its the optical stabilization that moves when opening or closing the camera app.

Hey, thanks for the reply, which device do you own? I do understand it can be the OIS, I just wanted to make sure if it's normal for all S21U or it is just my device.

I have s10 plus, and it also makes the sound when opening and closing any kind of camera app.

Oh okay, my S9+ also does some sound but it's not so noticeable, maybe it's the periscope camera on S21U that's the culprit here.

the sound in yours is caused by the variable aperture system in the S9 and S10 devices!

Yes Sukrith, I understand that, but S21U does not have a variable aperture, so want to confirm for S21U

I've seen in a teardown video of the S21U that it has a electromagnetic ois system... maybe it's that only... I'm not hearing any sounds on mine... I'll confirm and let you know
