I spent more than 1 Lakh on S21 Ultra and within 2 months it has issues. 1) Power button stopped working. It took 5 days to fix that issue. 2) Camera has stopped focusing. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? DUDE DO YOU KNOW HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO TAKE BACKUP, Submit the device to the Service centre and wait like idiots to get the issue resolved. And once that is done, restore the device and then again something new comes? Do you even know when you are not able to use the device the most expensive device? WHAT THE HELL??
Update: I have submitted the device to the Service centre. I created a lot of buzz there about the issue. They connected me with the R&D department and they are looking for the issues in more details. They confirmed that the Camera will heat up because of the 100x Zoom property. But the Blur issue is new and they said no one reported this issue. I told them that on the Samsung forum lot of users are reporting this. GUYS NO ONE SEES THIS FORUM FROM SAMSUNG.

I'm having the same **bleep** focus issue. I feel it is after the last software issue. Did not feel this earlier. But it's been very annoying. This focusing does not work at all for Snapchat or instagram camera 100% of the time. The 15k Chinese phones do much better than this. I spent 115k on this **bleep**??
